Our system of quality rating establishes a price/value relationship and multiple rating categories may exist within a particular complex. Accommodations are rated according to the quality and condition of the furnishings and decorating.





Rating Categories:

Gold Plus! Rated
Exceptional accommodations that offer superior quality furnishings, luxury features, designer appointments, and top of the line kitchens and baths. Daily housekeeping services are provided and guests are treated to a welcome basket upon arrival.

Gold
Upscale, well appointed accommodations, with a designer touch, featuring excellent furnishings, special features, and top quality kitchens, baths and amenities.

Silver
Tastefully decorated with quality furnishings. Pleasing accommodations with contemporary kitchens and baths.

Bronze
Comfortable, pleasant accommodations that adequately provide the comforts and conveniences of home.
