Sample 3 Day Itinerary

Day 1

8:00am
Up before the ski lifts start running? Ride the FREE Mountain Express Bus to Camp 4 Coffee in downtown Crested Butte–some of the best coffee in the valley!

10:00am
Put on your boots and skis for a day of exploring the mountain. From beginner to extreme, you’ll find slopes for everyone. Need ski and snowboard rentals or lift tickets? These additions are available through us at an exclusive discounted price.

1:00pm
For a proper lunch, head on over to Jose’s at the Elevation Hotel, featuring a special menu of chef-crafted, Guadalajara-inspired favorites straight from the award-winning Dallas-based restaurant concept.  Or want to get lunch up on the mountain? Ski on over to the Paradise On Crested Butte located at the base of Paradise lift.

2:30pm
After a satisfying lunch, it’s time to keep on moving. Hop back on the slopes for more excitement or if you’re ready to cool down, go on a dog sled tour through the beautiful Rocky Mountain wilderness. For more information, visit Lucky Cat Dog Farm.

5:00pm
Head on down to the historic town of Crested Butte for some apres-ski drinks followed by dinner at Elk Avenue Prime, one of the top Steakhouse in Crested Butte.

Day 2

8:00am
Begin your daily adventure with breakfast at McGills located downtown on Elk Avenue.

10:00am
After a hearty breakfast, it’s time to get suited up for an epic journey. Action Adventures whisking you away on an exciting snowmobile ride through snow covered mountains and beautiful wilderness.

1:30pm
Time for an afternoon snack at Pita’s in Paradise, where their wide array of freshly made soups can warm you up from the cold. They also offer a diverse selection of Mediterranean food.

3:00pm
After lunch, take a self walking tour of historical Crested Butte and discover how this historic mining town evolved into the quaint ski destination it is today. Town maps are available at the Chamber of Commerce (located on the corner of Elk and 6th St.).

6:30pm
Time for a family-style meal at the renowned Slogar’s. Indulge in heavenly fried chicken, butter-honey biscuits, and an assortment of wonderful side dishes.

Day 3

8:00am
Visit our hidden gem, Butte Bagel’s offering freshly baked bagels from scratch daily, bagel sandwiches made with love (located in town by the Crested Butte Post Office).

10:30am
After a day away from the slopes, it’s time to start shredding. Get that last epic run in before you leave!

12:30pm
Head into town to The Secret Stash Pizzeria for lunch. They offer wildly creative freshly made gourmet pizzas (try the Notorious F.I.G. pizza–you won’t regret it!).

2:30pm
Time to wind down and relax. Come on up to the Elevation Spa located in the Elevation Hotel at the base area. Get pampered with a massage, facial, and anything else you would like to treat yourself to Not into the spa scene? Explore the base area adventure park–bag jump, mini-golf, and rock climbing with a beautiful view.

5:00pm
For the last meal of the trip head to the Wooden Nickel for one of the best steaks in town. Located at 222 Elk Avenue, they offer foods ranging from surf and turf to burgers or lamb chops.
