Assistant General Manager
Grant has been with CBL for 13 years and has received property management certification from CAI (Community Associations Institute) before Colorado created the CAM licensing requirement, and is now a CAM State Licensed Property Manager. Grant is skilled in the plumbing, electrical and carpentry trades. He heads up a Maintenance and Housekeeping staff of 15-20, depending on the season. They will care for your property on a daily basis and are available 24/7 to serve in the case of emergency. The maintenance staff includes 4 who have earned their CPO designations (Certified Pool Operator).
Sierra is our newest addition to the CBL team, joining us in November 2018. She was raised in the valley and has passion for the river and mountain alike. She is a CPO (Certified Pool Operator) and certified RMH (Revenue Manager for Hire) with 7 years of local hospitality experience. She managed the largest hotel in Gunnison for 2 years, and oversaw phase I of their extensive remodel before taking an opportunity with CBL. In her free time, she enjoys having her nose in a book and leading tabletop RPGs.

Kate booked a one way ticket to Crested Butte from Indiana in 2004 and began her mountain style living. She joined the Crested Butte Lodging staff in 2011 with 7 years of previous local hospitality experience and knowledge. She helps with reservations and day-to-day operations, as well as behind the scenes development in a variety of different aspects. When she’s not clocked-in, you’ll find her outdoors enjoying the 300 days of sunshine Colorado has to offer. You can also find her one night a week at the oldest saloon in town, honing in her pool skills in the local syndicate.
Tina and her family traded in the white sanding beaches of Destin Florida to move to beautiful Crested Butte in 2013. Tina joined the Crested Butte Lodging team in 2017 with 22 years of office admin/management experience. She enjoys experiencing life and being the #1 fan for her two teenage boys.

Long Term Rental Manager
Paula moved here to attend Western State University in 1978 and instantly fell in love with the valley. Here she met her husband and raised their two kids. She’s grateful one of them has settled into the community, married, and is now raising their own children here. And their other is not too far away in Denver.
Paula isn’t Crested Butte Lodging’s “oldest” employee, but has worked with the company and its’ prior affiliates since 1987! Paula provides our guests and homeowners with answers to all of the questions that come with renting and owning in Crested Butte. She also keeps our 50 long term rentals lived in and well cared for. When she’s not frequently traveling, both in the country and out, you can find her skiing, hiking or gardening.
Director of Maintenance
Nick spent several of his past years applying his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Alabama as a credit analyst for a commercial lending department. But with all those numbers, he longed for a more outdoor and laid back lifestyle. In the fall of 2017, he packed a single bag and moved to Almont, CO to pursue his true passion on the water. He is a certified raft guide and operates through Three Rivers Resort in the summer and is quite handy as our year-round Director of Maintenance. Our homeowners and guests alike really enjoy his quality of work and southern refinement. When Nick’s not on the river or managing our many projects, he enjoys hiking, biking, and camping.
