In light of the global circumstances, we understand the need for flexibility when planning a vacation. We want to give you, your friends, and your family a trip to look forward to with the ease of mind if your travel plans become restricted. This is why Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management, Inc. has aligned with industry leaders in amending our cancellation policy.
Current Policies for Vacation Rental Properties
For Stays January 2, 2024 – April 08, 2024
Deposit: $49 Deposit, non-refundable
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations canceled outside 21 days of arrival are subject to forfeiting the deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 21-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Stays April 09, 2024– December 15, 2024
Deposit: No deposit is required.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations canceled outside 48 hours of arrival do not incur a penalty. Any changes made to a reservation within the 48-hour window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Stays December 16, 2024 – January 1, 2025
Deposit: 10% Deposit, non-refundable
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations canceled outside 45 days of arrival are subject to forfeiting the deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 45-day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
