We want to give you, your friends, and your family a trip to look forward to with the ease of mind if your travel plans become restricted. This is why Crested Butte Lodging & Property Management, Inc. has aligned with industry leaders in amending our cancellation policy for the upcoming months and even year.
Here are our current policies for our vacation rental properties:
For Stays January 3, 2021 – April 18, 2021
Deposit: $49 Deposit, non-refundable
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 21 days prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled outside 21 days of arrival are subject to forfeiting the deposit. Any changes made to a reservation within the 21 day window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
For Stays April 19, 2021 – November 23, 2021
Deposit: No deposit required.
Final Payment: Full and final payment is due 48 hours prior to arrival, at which time the reservation is non-refundable and non-changeable.
Cancellation: Reservations cancelled outside 48 hours of arrival do not incur a penalty. Any changes made to a reservation within the 48 hour window are non-refundable and non-changeable.
Visitors must refrain from traveling to Gunnison County if exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19.
In the event that travel restrictions or county mandate are put in place prior to or during your reservation that prevent full or partial fulfillment of the reservation on behalf of the guest or Crested Butte Lodging, a refund for the affected nights will be issued in full.
